Some of you have asked for further details about the building purchase in Melbourne Australia and the campaign for 1000 Muslims to donate 2000 Dollars to purchase what will be an Islamic centre.

By the Will of Allah, we are currently undergoing a test in purchasing the new property at 359 Exhibition St, Melbourne for the new Madinah.
In summary

(Please note all figures reflect Australian Dollars and not American Dollars)

– We won the property in an auction for a purchase price of $4.5 million .
– We raised the required deposit of $ 675,000 from the community Alhamdulillah and paid it.
– We planned to invest Superannuation funds for the remaining amount by the settlement date of 30 January 2017.

Unfortunately, the superannuation funds transfer is being delayed and it is now unlikely that we will have the required funds by 30 January 2017.

Currently through various donations & loans, we have approximately $2.5 million Alhamdulillah (including the deposit paid).

We are now in immediate need for another $2 million before the settlement date of Monday, 30 January 2017 or else we risk losing the centre and incurring other loses.

That is just 1,000 people donating $2,000 each.

If you forward this email to your friends & family, reaching just 1,000 people should be an easy task insha Allah.

Don’t hesitate. Don’t let $2,000 stand in between you building a Masjid here and Allah building a home for you in Jannah.

The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said,
“Whosoever builds for Allah a house, Allah will reward him similar to it in paradise.” (Bukhari)
