(Emotional Intelligence) is a great area of study. Google it. In fact you can now get some audio books on the topic to listen to as you drive to work & back home or complete any task that permits multi-tasking.

The above quote teaches us that if we want people to do things diligently, do not tell them what to do. Rather help them build a vision of a world they would love to see the day they die!

This way they will desire the task at hand, be emotionally invested in it, and by default experience self motivation to achieve the desired outcomes.

Do me a favour everyone. Read the quote for a 2nd time and read my few words around it again.
