It is with great sorrow that we share the news of the passing of Dr. Mamdouh Mohamed. The Janazah prayer will take place at ADAMS Sterling on Sunday, October 19th, followed by burial at Al-Firdus Cemetery. May Allah ﷻ forgive him, have mercy upon him, and grant him the highest ranks in Paradise.

This heartfelt reflection honours Sh. Qari Abdullah Diwan (rahimahullāh), a devoted teacher, principal, and father figure to the Muslim community of Harare. Buried in Manchester, UK, his passing marks the loss of a pillar of Islamic education, yet his students and teachings remain a lasting ṣadaqah jāriyah in his name.
